Read your lease agreement carefully to see if the type of scratches or dents they will charge for are listed. The average for most car lease companies is two inches or more. If you’re not sure how long your scratches are, take a tape measure and see if the scratches in question are longer than two inches. If they are, call your local car dent removal facility to set up an appointment.

This can help you determine exactly how much damage your vehicle has as well as an estimate on what a traditional auto body shop or local car dealership would charge for the damage compared to the cost of paint touch-up. From that point, you can decide if it’s worth it to touch up the paint on your leased vehicle – and 9 times out of 10, it will be.
What to Expect
The process of paint touch-up is easy. First, find a reputable mobile paint and bumper repair company in your area. You should be able to get free estimates either online or in person.
Once you schedule your appointment, you will walk with the technician around your car so you can both note the scratches that need touching up. He may see some that you were unaware of, and you might have additional concerns to address. The paint technician will then match the exact color of your paint using a software program and apply the paint to the chipped door edges, paint scratches, or rock chips. It takes just a few minutes to dry, so in less time than it takes you to eat a good meal, you can get in, get out, and get on with your life.

That car is a big chunk of metal, those taps with the hammer did nothing. But this is a do it yourself vid, of course its not porperly educating. Even if u are using old school or crappy tools, the dent need’s further pulling. If hed pulled it out much more it be ok..
