Well I just wanted to say that I never experience such poor customer service. I reached out and explained my situation and I was blown off, tell me that I did get the cd’s which I never did. I sent two email about it and they refused to refund me back. At that point it was pointless to continue asking for a refund and I left at that. Amazon has been good to me but the vendor that sales this product will that another story. I was very unhappy with this vendor and all I wanted was a refund for a product that I never got. Im a fair man and have no reason to lie about not getting a package order from this vendor. I got tired and i just gave up Any future customers be careful with vendors like this one.

These dvds have a lot of good ideas and tips for airbrushing. The guy apologizes a lot in the videos for the crudeness of his art work but there is no need for it since he shows you how create your own good works of art. It was well worth the money.

I am fairly experienced with the airbrush but saw this man’s DVD set and was curious, especially due to the very affordable price. Chuck Bauman’s airbrush videos are poorly done as far as the photography (he needs to learn the trick of using mirrors) but overall are the BEST INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. While he apologizes a lot for the lack of professional video production, he brings you the best and most complete tutorial that you can get and the price is fabulous. He holds nothing back. He tells you everything he can possibly think of and doesn’t bait you into buying more videos because you’re left hanging on how to accomplish certain things, forcing you to purchase more videos. He has a top notch website and gives you FREE downloads and shows you how to make your own templates so that you don’t get ripped off buying expensive things you can easily make yourself plus makes himself available to answer any questions you may have. This is a TRUE ARTIST. He’s in it for the art and appreciates that other people want to learn this. He is a professional educator….not just a teacher. Being self taught, I have a collection of 20 other instructional DVDs which are all quite good in their own context but Bauman’s are the perfect instructional for anyone, especially beginners. Brothers of the Brush Unite! God bless this man for truly helping people get started in what can be a very confusing medium. bittersweetart.com
